Information on Belly Dance, Breathing, Belly Dance Posture, Head Movements, Hand and Arm movements, Foot Work, Body Work, Hip Work, Egyptian Basic Traveling Step, Basic Combinations and Routine Work.
Level 2: Intermediate Workshop
(12 Session Series)
Arm movements, Foot Work, Body Work, Hip Work, Traveling Hip Movements, Traveling Upper-body Movements, Shimmies, Props (veil, cane, etc), Combinations and Routine Work.
Level 3: Advanced Workshop:

Head Movements, Arms, Foot Work, Body Work, Hip Work, Traveling Hip Movements (review basics), Shimmies, Spinning, Floor work, Introduction to different Styles (such as Traditional vs. Contemporary, Moroccan, Turkish, Persian, Banghra), Props (fire, sword etc.), Combinations and Routine Work. |
