Helena is the founder of Summer Rainz Studios.

Helena has been teaching Pilates since 2004 and has also done a specialty course in Pre and Post-Natal Pilates.

"I love the Pilates method as it has something to offer to every individual,whether they are looking for rehabilitation, toning, strengthening, gentle or hard-core exercise, or whether they just want a wonderful 'time-out' session from their busy life". The type of Pilates offered in professional studios is hands-on and includes individual attention in each class, which makes it different from other forms of exercise.There is also such variety offered in Pilates which results in continuous learning as an Instructor, thanks to our wonderful clients."

"I have always been fascinated by the way the body moves and what it could be capable of.

Ballet was the first choice and sure every little girls dream of being a ballerina!  Later I found that the more physical training of athletics drew me closer and throughout school this was my love.

After a long journey of trying different exercise routines, I (luckily) stumbled across Pilates & knew that this would be the exercise that would challenge me, but also encompass a holistic approach to building the entire body, focusing the mind and relaxing the soul.

Pilates is not an exercise you do, but it becomes a way of life!"
