Pre & Post-Natal Pilates

Pilates offers you a safe and gentle way to gain the core strength and flexibility needed for an easier pregnancy and labour; and helps to eliminate back pain. Exercise in pregnancy increases the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to your baby. Babies born to mothers that exercise tend to have more resilient heart rates during labour, and are usually born stronger with more lean muscle mass. Pilates will also help to improve your body shape and tone after the birth of your baby.

We offer privateand semi-private sessions for pre and post-natal women at a time that is convenient for you.
